These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drivee mobile application ("App") and the website getdrivee.app, operated by Drivee, a French Simplified Joint Stock Company (SASU) with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 102 943 156, with registered offices at 138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France ("Drivee").
The App is available to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid Drivee account. Account creation requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Drivee is a decision-support application for ride-hailing drivers and delivery couriers. It analyses trip offers from partner platforms (Uber, Bolt, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Stuart, Heetch, etc.) in real time and provides a profitability verdict (GREAT / AVERAGE / BAD) based on your personal data (€/km, costs, destination zone).
Drivee is a decision-support tool only. Analyses are indicative and do not constitute financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions to accept or decline trips.
Full access to Drivee requires a paid subscription:

A 7-day free trial is offered on first subscription. No charge is applied during the trial period. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your profile in the App or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
All elements of the App (code, design, algorithms, trademarks, logos, text) are the exclusive property of Drivee or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Drivee strives to ensure availability of the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Drivee shall not be liable for any loss of income, business decision made on the basis of analyses provided, or temporary service unavailability.
Drivee reserves the right to suspend or delete a user's account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or abusive behaviour, without notice or refund.
Drivee may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or via the App. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
