Personal data collected through the Drivee App and the website getdrivee.app is processed by Drivee, a French Simplified Joint Stock Company (SASU) with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 102 943 156, with registered offices at 138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France ("Drivee").

Drivee collects the following data:
• Account data: email address, phone number (optional), first name, city and country
• Activity data: recorded trips (price, distance, time, platform), revenue statistics, fixed costs entered, driver type
• OCR screenshots: when you scan a trip, the App captures the third-party platform screen (Uber, Bolt, Deliveroo, etc.) and extracts its text through Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The screenshot and extracted text are transmitted to our servers for the sole purpose of scan validation by our team
• Location data: latitude and longitude at the moment of each scan, used to feed aggregated zone statistics
• Technical data: device identifier, session token, push notification token (APNs for iOS, FCM for Android), anonymised crash data
• Payment data: card details are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and are never stored by Drivee
Your data is used to:
• Provide and improve the service (trip analysis, statistics, verdicts)
• Manage your subscription and billing
• Ensure account security (single session per device)
• Send you service-related notifications
• Comply with our legal obligations
Processing of your data is based on:
• Performance of the contract (Drivee subscription) for data necessary to the service
• Our legitimate interests in service security and improvement
• Your consent for marketing communications (if applicable)
Your data is retained as follows:
• Account data (email, phone, first name): for the duration of your active subscription, then 3 years after cancellation for proof and legal compliance purposes
• OCR screenshots and extracted text: 48 hours from the scan, after which automatic daily deletion applies (both the screenshot in our storage and the database row)
• Recorded trips (price, distance, time, platform): 3 years from their date, after which automatic daily deletion applies
• Aggregated zone statistics: retained in anonymised form with no identifying link to your account
Account deletion triggers erasure of all your personal data within 30 days, except for already anonymised zone statistics.
Drivee does not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared with the following providers:
• Supabase (database and screenshot hosting — European Union)
• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing — United States under Data Privacy Framework)
• Firebase / Google (Android push notifications and crash analytics)
• Apple, Inc. (iOS push notifications via APNs)
These providers are bound by strict contractual confidentiality obligations and process your data solely on behalf of Drivee.
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
• Right of access to your data
• Right of rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to restriction of processing

Drivee implements technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage (iOS Keychain), restricted data access, and single-device sessions to prevent unauthorised access.
The getdrivee.app website does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical cookies (session, language preferences) may be used.
Drivee may update this policy at any time. Users will be notified by email in case of material changes. The current version is always available at getdrivee.app/privacy.
